DELIVERY PERIOD

Our delivery period includes two key stages:

  1. Processing Time: We require 0 to 1 business days Monday – Friday 
  2. Shipping Time: Once processed, orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days Monday – Friday.

Please note:

Shipping times are calculated from the day the shipment leaves our facility, not the day you place your order.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Public holidays, pandemics, or natural disasters

SHIPPING METHOD

LOST ITEMS

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • Once the shipment is in transit, we cannot modify the address.
